EM2N has received the Swiss Arc Award 2025 in the category ‘work, production and infrastructure’ for the Office and Commercial Building Binzstrasse. The jury highlights the project’s contribution to contemporary working environments, shaped by planted terraces, multi-storey spaces and a communicative circulation. A low-tech concrete structure with thermally activated slabs, earth registers and natural window ventilation combines constructive efficiency with ecological precision.
