Temporary space in the city

The temporary building of the Zurich Opera House is currently on view in an exhibition along Stampfenbachstrasse. Large-scale photographs, plans and concise texts appear across seven arched windows of the cantonal administration at the rear facade of the Kaspar-Escher-Haus in Zurich.
The display highlights the temporary structure as an urban figure and invites reflection on the role of the interim in the city.
