With the building permit now legally confirmed, EM2N’s design for the Uster Culture Centre at the Zeughausareal takes a decisive step forward. The project combines historic structures with two new buildings to form an open ensemble for culture and community. Construction is planned to begin in October 2026, with opening in late 2028.
